New York Times Tote

This tote bag was designed for The New York Times with a focus on embodying the publication’s iconic visual identity through a refined, minimalist approach. Following the brand’s established guidelines, I created a design that feels timeless, sophisticated, and understated, allowing the strength of the brand to take center stage. A distinctive feature of the design is the way the logo wraps seamlessly around the entire bag, creating a bold yet elegant visual statement while maintaining a clean and cohesive aesthetic. The restrained design language and premium feel were intentionally crafted to reflect the credibility and sophistication associated with The New York Times. The concept was ultimately selected for production, and the tote has continued to be reordered and purchased years later, demonstrating its enduring appeal and strong connection to the brand.
